First Day of the Season!

First day for my season. Some good snowfalls throughout the week have allowed Tsugaike, Happo One and Goryu/47 to open up their higher runs.
It is the first time in 5 years that the resorts have opened in November.
A great start to the season.
First Snow!

Here we are again for the
beginning of a new season. After being teased
for the last few weeks with snowfalls on the
peaks we finally copped some snow down here in
the village. Enough to cover everything in
white and then woke up the next day to blue
skies. Probably 50mm with 200mm up high. A
great start to fill up the cracks. Time to wax
the bases and tune the edges.
