Covid gave me over 200 days on the mountain on top of my 16 years and that valley knowledge will be passed onto you, our valued guest. Our mission at the White Horse is to provide an exceptional level of service to make sure our guests have the most pleasurable, entertaining and rewarding holiday experience possible here in the beautiful Japanese Alps.
Our priority - We make it all very easy for everyone of our guests.
Family – Father needs powder snow, mum needs an afternoon day spa, kids need lessons. Leave it with us and we will co-ordinate your whole day so that everyone is happy.
Solo – You won’t feel alone here. Come along and slide with the team. We’ll get you involved with the White Horse crew on the mountain and après too.
Couples – How about a bit of romance? Private onsen baths, champagne, candle lit dinners. We can make it all happen.
Groups of friends – “Rounding up cats”, is what I hear a lot. Let us do all the work for you and make your group trip an enjoyable carefree holiday concentrating on the group as a whole but also taking care of each individuals needs.
